The persons that razed this jewel are barbarians, worse than trash. There is no possible excuse to destroy a work of art. It should have been given to the public along with an acre if they couuldn't have been responsible custodians.

THEY CAN AFFORD TO BUILD TEN OR SO BRAND NEW MC-MAC'S BUT THEY 'SOMEHOW' COULDN'T EVEN KEEP A ROOF ON THE OLD PLACE OR DEED IT OVER TO SOMEONE WHO COULD. YOU'RE RIGHT.
I WOULDN'T INVITE THEM TO A BARBACUE. SCREW THESE SELF CWENTERED EGO-FREAKS. MAKING A FEW BUCKS DID NOT TAKE THE GUTTER OUT OF THEIR CHARACTERS.
THERE SHOULD BE BINDING LAWS AGAINST THE DESECRATION OF LANDMARKS. THEY SHOULD DO SOME TIME.
