Here are two views of the Pool House built by Helen Gould at her estate, Lyndhurst. The ruin view was taken in the 1980s and the building today has been stabilized. Click HERE to read about Lyndhurst and to see more pictures of the Pool House on New York Social Diary.

The poolhouse is in much better condition, or at least it was a few years ago. An antiques fair was held on the grounds and the building was opened and vendors where located inside the Pompeiian inspired facility. It does need restoration and hopefully that can be accomplished one day. Lyndhurst is a fantastic estate complex and losing this structure would diminish the complete experience.
