Martin Hall, The Martin/ Satterwhite estate at Great Neck, New York.

Here are some photos of the Martin/Satterwhite estate that once stood along the cliffs in Great Neck. When first built it was decorated in  a fussy overdone eclectisim, but in the 1920's the interiors were redone. Notice the entrance hall how it becomes much more elegant and easier on the eyes. The house and estate, no longer survive.
