The Martin estate was designed by the famed architectural firm of  Carrere & Hastings for Herman Duryea , circa 1900. It was shortly sold to the Martin family, who owned the estate for almost 100 years. The house is still existing but the estate has been subdivided for new homes. Click HERE to see on Bing Maps.
