Isn't this a great picture! It is from a 1910 tongue in cheek book about Gilded Age etiquette. The book is called, " Manners for the Metropolis" An entrance key to the fantastic life of the 400. It's very funny and gives helpful hints for behaving amongst Mrs. Astor's set!
